Privacy Policy
Explains what information VeerSwap processes to complete non-custodial swaps and support review, what it does not process, and how data is stored and used. Last updated: 2026-11-02.
Scope of this policy
This privacy policy explains how VeerSwap processes information related to you when providing non-custodial swaps, order tracking, and live support. Using this site means you acknowledge this policy; if you disagree, stop using the service.
This site does not require registration or wallet connection. This policy covers technical and transaction data needed to complete and reconcile swaps—not a marketing profile.
What information we process
To quote, create orders, show payment instructions, and track progress, the server stores records needed to complete and reconcile swaps. Fields are for authorized admin/support review and are not exposed on public pages/APIs as upstream details.
- Receiving and refund addresses you enter, plus any Memo/Tag the route requires.
- Swap assets and amounts, deposit addresses, order status, and related on-chain transaction hashes.
- Trusted client IP overwritten by the reverse proxy at submit time; browser-supplied forward headers are not trusted.
- Cookies and related tokens used to create or restore a trading session.
- Text and images you send in live support are used to handle your inquiry.
What we do not collect
Because of how the product works, many typical account-style data fields never appear.
- We do not require a username, password, or personal profile.
- We do not connect wallets or request/store private keys, seed phrases, or signing permissions.
- Public pages and APIs do not return upstream channel names, upstream IDs, or raw error details that identify a channel.
- We do not send addresses, amounts, transaction hashes, or recovery links to unrelated marketing pixels or session recorders.
How we use this information
We use the above information only to provide and improve swaps, including:
- Generate and update quotes, payment instructions, and order status displays.
- Recognize payments, handle refunds or exception review, and reduce duplicate orders or abuse.
- Protect APIs, limit abusive request rates, and cooperate with investigations when legally required.
- Respond to order-progress questions via live support.
Cookies and sessions
To reopen the payment page in the same browser and keep the trading session, we may use cookies or similar tech. Session tokens identify the creating client—not cross-site ad tracking.
If you clear cookies or switch devices, you usually need the recovery link to reopen the payment page; an order ID alone is often not enough.
Storage, access, and public display
Reconciliation records are stored server-side for authorized operators and support. Public pages only show this site’s order status, address summaries you already provided or can see, and transaction hashes you can verify yourself.
Support images are cleaned on a schedule. We do not keep your addresses or chat content public indefinitely for marketing convenience.
Third parties and on-chain publicity
Swaps rely on underlying liquidity and settlement. Transfers to the deposit address happen on public chains and can be viewed on explorers by anyone—that is blockchain transparency, not this site “selling” your on-chain history.
If infrastructure, logging, or security services are enabled, they only process technical data needed to operate. Public surfaces still do not expose upstream channel identifiers.
Your choices and rights
You may stop using this site anytime. If you created an order, keep the recovery link and hashes. If access is lost, support can still help with order ID and hash—but you cannot “reset an account” with a private key; there is no such custodial account.
Deletion or correction requests are handled within legal limits and reconciliation needs; confirmed public-chain transactions cannot be erased by this site.
Contact and changes
Raise privacy questions via live support. Do not send private keys or seed phrases in chat.
We may update this policy; material changes show a new date here. Continued use means you acknowledge the current version. Last updated: 2026-11-02.
Privacy FAQ
Will you ask for my ID card?
Ordinary swaps usually do not require ID or face uploads. See the AML notice for No-KYC boundaries; exception orders may still need transaction checks.
Why can support see my order?
Authorized support may view reconciliation fields in the admin console for arrivals, refunds, and exceptions. Public pages do not show upstream channel names or IDs.
Can I require deletion of an on-chain transaction?
No. On-chain records are maintained by the network; this site cannot delete public-chain history.
