Terms of Service

Explains how VeerSwap non-custodial swaps work—quotes and orders, fees, exception refunds, and responsibility boundaries. Last updated: 2026-11-02.

Acceptance of terms

By visiting VeerSwap, requesting quotes, entering addresses, creating orders, or contacting live support, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, AML/No-KYC notice, and Risk Disclosure. If you disagree, stop using the service immediately.

These terms only govern your use of this site’s non-custodial swap entry. They are not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and do not guarantee appreciation or a fixed payout.

About the service

VeerSwap provides a non-custodial same-chain and cross-chain swap entry: choose assets and review the estimated payout, enter receiving and refund addresses, confirm the quote, then receive this site’s deposit address, exact amount, QR code, any required Memo/Tag, and payment deadline.

You send from a wallet or exchange you control. This site does not connect your wallet, store keys or seed phrases, sweep funds into its own wallet, or open login/withdrawable custodial accounts.

Eligibility and prerequisites

You must confirm you may hold and swap crypto where you live and comply with local law, sanctions, and tax rules. Minors must not use this site.

You confirm receiving and refund addresses are controlled by you or authorized to receive. Do not use exchange hot-wallet withdrawal addresses that cannot accept refunds.

  • You understand confirmed on-chain transfers are usually irreversible; wrong address or network may make assets unrecoverable.
  • You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not for fraud, fencing stolen crypto, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity.
  • You understand estimated payouts change with markets, fees, and route availability; before paying, follow the current order display.

Quotes, orders, and payment instructions

Amounts on the home or first step are indicative for comparing routes and are not a locked price. After you enter addresses, we requote; only after you confirm and create an order do that page’s network, asset, exact amount, deposit address, Memo/Tag, and deadline control.

Do not pay using screenshots, chat forwards, old orders, or someone else’s address. After closing or refreshing, reopen via your saved recovery link or the same browser’s payment page; an order ID alone usually cannot restore access.

  • Quotes expire; if a quote expires or a route is unavailable, request a new one before confirming.
  • Payable deposit details appear only after successful creation. Do not pay if creation failed, is pending verification, or was rejected.
  • For one order, complete a single correct payment as instructed; do not send again just because the source chain already broadcast.

Fees

Estimated net payout already reflects quoted swap-related fees. Source-network fees, exchange withdrawal fees, and other payer-side costs are yours and usually are not included in this site’s estimate.

Whether network fees are deducted and how long refunds take follow that order’s actual result; the payment page shows visible status and hashes. Public pages do not disclose upstream fee breakdowns.

Payment, exceptions, and refunds

Before the deadline, send the exact amount on the specified network and include any Memo/Tag. Under/overpayment, lateness, wrong network, or missing/wrong Memo may prevent completion and lead to top-up, refund, or manual review under that order’s rules.

“Swap failed” or “needs attention” does not mean funds have already been returned. Open the payment page or recovery link, check status, and verify the transaction hash on the relevant explorer. Refunds go to the source-chain refund address you entered. See the payment and refunds guide for details.

  • Underpayment: you may need to top up before the deadline as shown, or the order may refund or stop.
  • Late payment or wrong network: the original quote may no longer apply; the order’s actual result controls.
  • Wrong address: once confirmed on-chain, platforms usually cannot reverse it unilaterally.

No custodial balances

This site does not open freezable custodial balance accounts. Waiting, processing, route pause, or refund states are order statuses—not a freeze of account funds.

No KYC means you can usually swap without registering or submitting ID. It does not remove on-chain risk or guarantee every payment arrives as expected. See the AML/No-KYC notice.

Prohibited uses and safety measures

Do not use this site for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, fencing stolen crypto, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity. We may pause routes, disable order creation, refuse clearly abnormal payments, and keep reconciliation records needed to cooperate with lawful investigations.

Public pages and APIs do not return upstream names, IDs, or identifying raw errors. For arrival and refunds, rely on this site’s order status and on-chain hashes.

Limitation of liability

Congestion, forks, reorgs, extreme markets, liquidity swings, and third-party settlement issues may affect confirmation speed, fillability, and outcomes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, this site is not liable for losses from inherent on-chain risk, your mistakes, force majeure, or your breach of these terms.

See the Risk Disclosure for more risk types and checks. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Contact, governing scope, and changes

For order checks, contact live support with your order ID and transaction hash. Do not share private keys, seed phrases, or remote-access permissions. The help center and guides are also available.

We may update these terms; material changes show a new date on this page. Continued use after that date means you accept the current version. Last updated: 2026-11-02.

Terms FAQ

Why can estimated payout differ from the final payable amount?

Indicative quotes are not locked. Entering addresses triggers a new quote; after you confirm, the payment page’s exact amount and deadline control.

Can I cancel an order after paying?

Once an on-chain payment is sent, this site usually cannot “recall” it. Whether a swap or refund proceeds depends on that order’s rules and confirmations—check the payment page.

Does this site custody my coins?

We do not open withdrawable user balances or store private keys. You always send from your own wallet or exchange to the order deposit address.
