AML and No-KYC notice
VeerSwap completes non-custodial swaps via deposit addresses without requiring registration or ID documents. This page explains what “No KYC” means, what we do not do, how exceptions are handled, and how order records are used. Last updated: 2026-11-02.
What No KYC means
In normal cases you can request quotes and create swap orders without registering, connecting a wallet, or uploading ID or face data. You provide receiving and refund addresses and complete on-chain payment as instructed.
“No KYC” describes the entry barrier to swapping—not a promise that every payment will succeed, and not a promise that we never apply risk controls. Underpayment, wrong network, late payment, or route issues may still lead to refunds or review.
Product shape: non-custodial, no on-site balance
After confirming a quote you receive a deposit address and instructions and send yourself. We do not store keys or maintain withdrawable balances, so there is no custodial “on-site balance” or “freeze balance” after login.
Waiting, processing, refunded, or needs-attention statuses describe that swap’s progress—not a freeze of withdrawable funds in a user account.
What we will not do
- We do not open log-in user balance accounts, so there is no “freezing of on-site balances.”
- We do not request or store your private keys or seed phrases.
- We do not show upstream channel names or upstream order IDs on public pages.
- We do not present “No KYC” as a capital guarantee or a payout promise.
Measures we may take
To reduce abuse and exception risk, this site may, within its capabilities:
- Pause or disable some pairs, networks, or order creation.
- Refuse to continue abnormal payments under the original expectation, and refund or review under that order’s rules.
- Rate-limit APIs to reduce spam orders and automated abuse.
- Use reconciliation records to cooperate with investigations when legally required.
These measures do not change the non-custodial, no-balance shape, and are not a traditional exchange-style account freeze.
When an order may not arrive as expected
- Underpayment, payment after the deadline, wrong network, or a missing/incorrect Memo or Tag.
- Congestion or settlement issues on the source or destination chain, or a temporarily unavailable route.
- We paused related pairs or disabled a capability so the route cannot be created or completed.
- Receiving or refund address format is invalid, unsupported, or cannot receive the asset.
These cases usually show up in order status as top-up, refund, or needs attention. Open the payment page or recovery link to check. Do not send again just because the source chain already broadcast. See the payment and refund guide for details.
How to understand refunds and review
If that order’s rules require a refund, funds go to the source-chain refund address you entered. Fees deducted and timing follow the order’s actual result.
For review, prepare the order ID and hash and contact live support. Never send private keys or pay “unfreeze fees” to strangers. This site has no freezable on-site balance that requires a paid unlock.
Compliance and records
To reconcile payments and refunds, the server keeps order records (addresses, amounts, deposit address, hashes, and trusted client IP at submit). Within legal necessity, records support safety and investigations.
You should confirm crypto swaps are lawful where you are; do not use this site to launder, defraud, or evade sanctions. See the Privacy Policy and Terms for more.
Frequently asked questions
Does No KYC mean there is no review at all?
No KYC means swaps do not require registration or ID documents. This site may still pause routes, limit handling of abnormal orders, and keep reconciliation records. That is not the same as opening freezable user balance accounts.
Can the platform freeze my funds?
This site does not store private keys or maintain withdrawable user balances, so there is no custodial “freeze your on-site balance” action. What you may see is awaiting confirmation, swap processing, a rule-based refund, or a need for review after an exception.
When would I get a refund instead of arrival?
Examples include underpayment not topped up before the deadline, late payment, wrong chain, missing Memo, or a route that cannot finish as expected. Funds may return to your refund address under that order’s rules. Conditions, fees, and timing follow the actual order result.
What rules must I follow myself?
Confirm crypto swaps are lawful where you live, and do not use this site for illegal activity. Wrong addresses or networks are usually irreversible—check every field before you pay.
Why keep order records at all?
Without records we cannot reconcile payments, refunds, or exceptions. Records support safety and checks and do not change the non-custodial, no-balance product shape.
Will support ask for a video ID check?
Ordinary swaps do not require video ID checks. For exception review, support mainly needs the order ID and transaction hash—never private keys or seed phrases.
